Job Summary

The Land Acquisition Manager is responsible to plan, coordinate and followup the acquisition of land in prime areas.

He/She is responsible to followup tender notices of land lease, communicates with concerned government offices and ensures the signing of the contract..

Job Requirements

Requirements and Qualifications

BA/MA degree in Business management, economics and or other related fields.

Minimum of 10 years experience out of which 6 years at managerial position.

Excellent written and spoken communication skills.

Technical and Other Skills

Good planning, organizing, analytical and decision-making skills;

Excellent interpersonal and communicational skills;

Confidentiality and negotiation skills

Good knowledge of computer system.
