Job Description

Job Summary:

S/he will have the following duties and responsibilities.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Leads and directs General Service activities

Implements company’s General Service policy, regulations and directives

Prepares job descriptions and specifications for new job positions and gets them approved

Maintains proper and accurate records of the general service division files

Performs induction for new hired staff under the division

Makes correspondences with HQ both horizontally and vertically as well with projects in matters related to general service administration

Follow-up the execution of performance evaluation results under the division 2 times each year, semi-annually

Understand general service policy manual which will ensure the company general service administration work

Supervises and evaluates the duties of messengers, cleaners and guards

Facilitates the insurance premium payment for the company’s automobiles and trucks

Facilitates the insurance underwriting and claims processes

Provision of uniforms and safely materials as per the pre-designed plan of the division

Performs other duties s/he is assigned as deemed necessary

Job Requirements

Qualification

BA – Management/Business related fields

Work Experience

2-4-Years

Special Skill/ Training Required

Computer Literate
