Job Description

  • Gift Real Estate plc. Would like to invites all eligible and interested applicants for the head office and project sites.

  • The contract admin engineer is Responsible for handling payment request, claim handling, bid evaluation or formulation, ensuring high quality documentation, contract administration of the constriction & consulting works.

  • Also responsible for insuring successful delivery of the project within the planned quality cost & time

    Job Requirements

    Requirements and Qualifications

  • BSc degree in Civil Engineering

  • At least 6 years Proven work experience as contract admin engineer on building

  • Related works or consulting firms
    Competency in computer applications & engineering software’s.

  • Interpersonal Knowledge with strong communication and presentation skills

  • Well organized with excellent time management skills
