Purpose of the JobTo maximize the front office management by contacting employees regarding visitors, answering phones and taking messages, and sorting and distributing mail.

Provide professional responses to client queries

Handle all phone calls in a professional manner
Main Duties and Responsibilities
Greet clients and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude.
Assist clients in finding their way around the office.
Announcing clients as necessary.
Help and maintain workplace security by issuing, checking and collecting badges as necessary and maintaining visitor logs.
Assist with a variety of administrative tasks including copying, faxing, taking notes and making travel plans
Preparing meeting and training rooms.
Answer all phone calls in a professional manner, and routing calls as necessary.
Assist colleagues with administrative tasks.
Perform ad-hoc administrative duties.
Answer, forward, and screen phone calls.
Sort and distribute mail.
Manage and develop the junior reception team.
Provide excellent customer service.
Schedule appointments.
Job Requirements
Qualification and Experience
B.A degree in Management, Business Administration, Economics or related fields with four (4) years of demonstrated experience
OR
Diploma in Management, Business Administration, Economics or related fields with six (6) years of demonstrated experience
