Purpose of the Job

To provide a dedicated project support and business partnering/decision support function to the organization.

Key Result Areas

Identify, maintain, and evaluate projects
Supports resource, planning and time management
Main Duties and Responsibilities:

Direct and oversee all projects from conception to completion while monitoring compliance with safety and construction regulations.

Coordinate subcontractors and the team to meet contractual conditions of all projects.

Prepare external and internal reports relating to project status, daily progress, estimates, and deliverables.

Negotiate agreement terms, manage project contract drafts, bid on projects, and obtain permits to analyze and mitigate risks.

Communicate with the responsible parties to ensure quality project exceeds company standards and proper project techniques and processes are utilized, while ensuring the client’s needs and wants are efficiently met.

Review projects on a daily basis to ensure quality project standards exist and estimates remain within budget.

Supervise all projects to ensure they are completed on time and exceed the GIG and customer’s requirements.

Work under deadlines in a fast-paced environment to plan and coordinate all aspects of the project process from hiring contractors to working with engineers, architects, and vendors.

Job Requirements

Qualification and Experience

Master’s degree in Project management, Economics or related fields with four (4) years of demonstrated experience
OR

Bachelor’s degree Project management, Economics or related fields with seven (7) years of demonstrated experience
