Responsibilities Maintain an accurate record of all places available at the school and an up to date and issue any necessary placement tests.
Meet with prospective parents; explain admission procedures, curriculum, fees structures and TVETA regulations.
Ensure all admission documentation is completed effectively.
Respond to all enrollment inquiries, telephone calls and emails, courteously and in a timely manner.
Manage the maintenance of an accurate database of all new registrations, current students and exiting students. Prepare reports for the director GAITT and the corporate office reflecting current enrollment students/participant performance. Update, maintain and manage the student information database ensuring that up to date information is available on a daily basis.
Work with director, Finance, Business and Development Manager to take enquirers and enroll Scholarship students.
Maintain and create files for all new applicants, new students, current students, exiting students and alumni's.
Collaborate with the MRP to identity new methods to attract possible new students in order to improve enrolment numbers.
Send out weekly newsletters with input from teachers, Heads of departments and Principal. Review and update the GAITT calendar,Update Communicator,Coordinate teacher awards.
Support the Academic Team where necessary in terms of events, activities and communicating to parents.
Qualifications
8 Experience A degree Education from a recognized university.
Advanced degree in education will be an added advantage.
Minimum of three (3) years' in a customer focused role.
Previous experience as a registrar is an added advantage.
Previous experience in data input is essential.

Responsibilities
Assess training needs for new and existing employees.
Identity internal and external training programs to address competency gaps for trainers and student participation.
Partner with internal stakeholders regarding employee training needs.
Organise, develop or source training programs to meet specific training needs.
Liaise with subject matter experts regarding instructional design.
Develop training aids such as manual and handbook.
Inform employee about training options. Map out training plans for individual employees. Present training programs using recognized training techniques and tools.
Facilitate learning through a variety of delivery methods including classroom instruction, virtual training, on- the -job coaching.
Design and apply assessment tools to measure training effectveness (student/course evaluations training KPI checklists).
Track and report on training outcomes Provide feedback to program participants and management. Evaluate and make recommendations on training materials and methodology.
Maintain employee training records.
Qualifications
8 Experience Bachelor's degree in related fields.
Experience with instruction or training. Knowledge of adult instructional and learning theory principles.
Knowledge of instructional design. Knowledge of training methodologies. Knowledge of teaming management systems.
Knowledge of competence assessment. Certification such as ASID (American Society for Training and Development) a recommendation

GEMS Cambridge International School Receptionist Jobs in Kenya
Responsibilities
Operational He/she shall establish and maintain good relationships with all students, participants, sponsors colleagues, suppliers, contractors and other professionals.
He/she provide efficient administration and secretarial assistance to the CEO shall assist the CEO, head of department, finance manager, and Head of HR in the coordination and delivery of key administrative task/events.
Administrative He/she shall ensure that all administrative duties, checks documentation, reports and returns (intemal and external) are completed accurately and submitted within required deadlines.
He/she will monitor the website and liaise with the MPR and ICT/dgital manager.
He/she shall ensure that all manual and computerised records and filling systems relating to all areas within his/her remit are maintained as required.
He/she shall process, extract, and analyse from GAITT's database systems.
He/she shall take minutes/notes in meetings, including meetings outside normal working hours as required, and circulate associated information. He/she shall answer incoming and internal switchboard calls, dealing with requests and enquiries and taking messages as required.
He/she shall deal with correspondence promptly and as required General He/she shall attend school events as required.
He/she shall participate in emergencies as required, including co-ordinating arrangements, locating t d is d staff, providing contact details and completing necessary documentation
He/she shall work with HR and Graining department to arrange and provide training for staff so as to ensure that they are aware of the procedure and regulations.
He/she shall keep up to date with developments and changes in legislation and guidance, and communicate appropriate information to colleagues as appropriate.
He/she shall support the CEO in advising the governing body and its committees as appropriate, in association with relevant departments.
Qualifications
8 Experience Excellent English speaking and writing skills.
Qualifications in telephone operator's practices and telephone exchange system.
Previous experience as a receptionist and personal assistant.
Formal education is required Proficient secretarial and computer skills.
