Our client is looking for an outgoing and dedicated Insurance Sales Executive who is interested in a rewarding career in insurance sales.
The ideal candidate should be a high-energy type of person, customer-focused, and have a strong desire to succeed in a sales driven environment.
Roles & Responsibilities
Design and implement effective marketing strategies to sell new insurance contracts or adjust existing ones
Prospect for Insurance clients and submit activity & progress reports on a daily/weekly/monthly basis
Approach potential clients to request for and schedule appointments for purposes of presenting company insurance solutions
Engage prospective clients in fact finding interviews to establish clients’ needs and develop solutions in line with the uncovered needs
Deliver presentations on available solutions, value proposition and consistently follow up with clients to close up sales
Retain continuous awareness of transactions, sales and terms and keep relative records
Check insurance claims to solidify trust and safeguard reputation
Deliver client-focused solutions that create long-lasting relationships
Qualifications
Diploma/Degree in related field
Must be licensed by
IRA
Minimum 5 years of proven experience as an Insurance Sales Representative
Results oriented and able to deliver & meet strict targets
Good comprehension of different insurance plans including automobile, fire, life, property, medical etc.
Ability to work with computers and understand and interpret standard statistical findings
Impeccable communication and presentation skills
