  • Gap Marketing, a frontline marketing force in East Africa seeks to strengthen its operations by recruiting for Field Marketing Team Leaders in Nairobi, Coast, Nyanza, Western, and Rift Valley Regions.

    Position:
  • Field Marketing Team Leaders
    Report to:
  • Account Executive

    Purpose for the job
  • Managing Field Marketing teams and coordinating ground operations.
  • Ensuring effective communication between field team.
  • Manages team territory plans.
  • Ensure effective time utilization as per schedule.
  • Regular supervision.
  • Planned and Ad hoc visit – As per territory plans agreed.
  • To manage relationships with key trade partners.
  • Document all issues & action areas agreed upon.
  • Conducting team meetings.
  • Consolidate minutes for weekly meetings (Upcountry) with specific action areas and circulate to the PM, Account Manager & Head of Operations

    Education Qualifications & Prior Job Experience
  • Diploma in Sales and Marketing or any related field, Degree in related field will be an added advantage and 1 year experience as a team leader.
