G4S Expression of Interest - Administration Clerk Jobs in South Africa

Job Introduction:

The successful candidate will administer company policies and procedures and ensure service excellence and customer satisfaction through effective maintenance of system and continuous improvement.

Role Responsibility:

Effective management of the Office

• Arrangement of meetings and diary management.

• Ensure filing and records are kept up to date.

Effective administration of company and site policy and procedures

• Capturing and recording data on ERP systems.

• Maintenance of records and files.

• Placement of orders within ambit of policy and procedure.

Effective administration of reporting function

• Compilation of reports as per job requirements.

• Timely submission in accordance to deadlines.

Adhoc duties as delegated by the Contract manager.

The Ideal Candidate:

Minimum Qualification

• Matric (Grade 12)

• 2 years experience in an Administrative role.

Knowledge Skills and Attributes

• Knowledge of administrative procedures.

• Knowledge of company policies and procedures.

• MS Office - Computer skills.

• Acting Professionally.

• Ability to deliver on set objectives and support and work with others.

• Deliver great customer service.

• Dealing with changing circumstances.

• Attention to detail.
