Responsibilities

Data Profiling

• Distribute the received CVs amongst the team.

• Profile applicants’ CVs details accordingly

• Follow-up with the data clerks in the process of data capturing/ longlisting for accuracy and quality productivity

• Provide guidance to the team members whenever required during the profiling process.

Data Reconciliation

• Reconcile downloaded and profiled CVs with the data captured to ascertain that all CVs have been entered into the system.

• Review the lists to identify and minimize errors and mistakes done.

Documentation and Information Management

• Properly document all applicants’ records or data and keep them safely for future reference.

• Submit the longlists to the respective personnel handling the assignment.

• Review and shortlist, writing/ drafting shortlist sting reports and submit to the respective personnel.

Other duties

• Offer support in the execution of related consultancy assignments in.

• OD & Projects

• Information and Technology

• Sales and Marketing

• Recruitment

• Any other duty as may be assigned.

Qualifications

• Diploma/ Bachelors in relevant filed
Details of experience

• At least 2 years working experience.
