Knowledge, Skills & Competences• Comprehensive knowledge of HR functions and labor laws.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of legal requirements and procedures.
Responsibilities• Design and implement HR strategies aligned with the business strategy.
• Manage employee relations, addressing demands and grievances.
• Ensure current and future business needs are met through the development and motivation of human capital.
• Oversee HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.
• Administer a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
• Maintain and update pay plans and benefits programs.
• Provide management with HR metrics for decision-making.
• Ensure company policies adhere to legal and company standards.
• Assess future ventures to identify possible compliance risks.
• Oversee health and safety of employees and manage occupational health and safety standards
Qualifications• Degree in Human Resources or related field.
• Professional certification, such as Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional (CCEP), is a plus
Details of experience• At least 4 years of experience in a related field
