    Responsibilities

  • Sourcing for new business and maintaining existing customers

  • Achievement of growth and hitting sales targets for the various departments/branches under supervision.

  • Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan to expand customer base and ensure its strong presence

  • Motivation, mentoring, and ensuring high energy levels of the teams in all the branches.

  • Ensure that there is growth in the number of actual and active Sales Representatives.

  • Ensuring the retention of Sales Representatives.

  • Ensure continuous and thorough training of Sales Representatives.

  • Oversee office operation and administrative functions to ensure compliance.

  • Building relationships in sales and collections activities with stakeholders.

  • In charge of coordinating marketing activities for the departments/branches under supervision.

  • Ensuring maximum supervision of allocated department/branches

  • Providing pricing to sales persons

  • Coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers on deliverables

  • Ensuring sales persons report on time

  • Updating CRM and ERP with relevant information continuously

  • Maintaining and improving relationships with clients

  • Representing and being face of Prime Impex

  • Collection from debtors and liaising with
    finance for debt collection services

  • Managing and maintaining average product margins

  • Ensuring Showrooms are fully stocked and properly displayed

  • Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary

  • Present sales, revenue, and expense reports and realistic forecasts to the management team

  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status

  • Report regularly on competition stock and pricing 25. Liaising with Logistics with delivery programs

  • Liaising with Procurement and Warehouse on Stock purchases

    Qualifications

  • A bachelor's degree in a related field

    Details of experience

  • 7 Years of experience in sales and marketing

  • 2 Years of Senior Management experience in a related field
