Fusion Skills Technical College TVET Instructors/ Trainers Jobs in Kenya; We're looking for NET Trainers in the following areas of specialization to join our institution: Building and Construction, Catering and accommodation. Automotive Engineering, Beauty and Hairdressing, Masonry, Plumbing, Motorcycle Mechanics & ICT

Duties and Responsibilities

• Instruct trainees in the specific course(s)/units in adherence to the respective curriculum and occupational standards.

• Maintaining appropriate records and making them available as required by the directorate and NET CDACC or any other relevant body.

• Plan, conduct and assess practical in the course units assigned.

• Develop schemes of work, lesson plans and give lecture notes.

• Prepare internal exams, conduct validation and of the exams.

• Supervise and assess trainee(s) in the course area.

• Prepare trainees for external exams by providing practical technical skills as required for effective competency acquisition.

• Mentoring of student. QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCES

• Degree/Diploma in the relevant technical area from a recognized institution.

• Ability to teach using CBET methods.

• Registered by (TVETA) as a Trainer.

• Knowledge of KNEC/CDACC examination procedures Skills & Competences.

• ICT proficient
