Further Studies in Boiler Making

I am a social Worker working at a NGO in Cape Town. We look after children from the streets by providing a home for them. One of our boys from Burundi is doing level four at ABET schooling. He has an asylum seeker temporary permit expiring next month. He would like to study Boiler Making next year but he has no funds. Is it possible to apply for a scholarship through your organisation?
