Funding Grants for Study in UK

I am a 30 year old medical doctor. I have been offered admission to take a 12 month course at the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine for MSc Control of Infectious Diseases and at the university of Birmingham for MSc Health Care Policy and Management.

I cannot raise enough funds to begin studies in September. Please help.
