Funding for Masters in Engineering Programme

I'm a US Citizen currently enrolled in a Master's of Science program abroad. (Water Science and Engineering- HydroInformatics in the Netherlands). Looking for funding (grant or scholarship) or guidance in this sense. Looking to know range of possible options to get funding.
