Funding for International Development Program

I have applied to HTW Berlin for the program (International Development) under DAAD scholarship. I've got an admission for the program (2015).

Unfortunately, DAAD didn't offer me a scholarship. I have to make it by my self.

I want to know if there are other funds (other than DAAD) that can cover my education.
