Employment Type: Full-time

Requirements

Degree in Education or similar field; Post-graduate Degree is a plus

At least 10 years work experience, of which 5 must have been in a management role

Must be a female

Knowledge of administrative processes of schools

Ability to use computers (e.g. MS Office) and education management systems

Excellent communication skills

Outstanding organizational ability

Attention to detail

Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills

Good judgment and decision-making aptitude.

A track record of leadership and experience in operations and performance management

Proven skills in business strategy, growing organizations and performance improvement

Problem solving, critical thinking and conflict management skills

Strong track record in business administration and operations

Strong business focus and organizational ability

Experience in Education

management

Evidence of self-development culture (Certifications)

Business, Management and Leadership certifications are added advantages.
