Full or Partial Scholarship In USA or Canada

I am a Kenyan student through with my A-levels and eager to get a scholarship in Computer engineering in USA or Canada.

My guardians cannot afford the full fee for tuition but a subsidized amount may be OK.

I got A's in Biology and Maths and B's in Chemistry and Physics

Can I be considered anywhere?
