Purpose
  • Lifting and moving materials around a construction site as safely and
    efficiently as possible.

    Responsibilities
  • Maintain good house-keeping standards
  • Responsible for the safe operation of the machines
  • Attend pre-shift meetings.
  • Report unsafe conditions and behavior.
  • Inspect equipment in the working area.
  • Engage post as a scheduled shift worker until relieved by the next shift
  • worker or as arranged by shift supervisor.
  • Perform basic maintenance on TMM.
  • Conduct Risk Assessments & JSA
  • Assist the artisan with maintenance tasks (for example; change panels,
    tightens panels, cutting of skirting, unblocking of panels and flood boxes).

    Requirements

    Qualifications
  • Grade 12
  • Crane license is a must, Crane capacity ≥ 60Ton
  • Code 14 truck license and PDP

    Experience
  • At least 2 years’ experience as a Crane Driver.

    Skills, Qualities and Abilities
  • Good communication skills (verbal & written).
  • Physically fit to do the work.
  • Emotional intelligence
  • Listening skills
  • Visibility on site

    General Requirement
  • Fitness certification
