Frank Management Consult Technical Operator -TBA & Pet Filler Machines Jobs in Kenya

Roles & Responsibilities:

Planning, scheduling, co-ordinating with other sections, supervising production.

Implementation of corrective/preventive maintenance of plant equipment’s.

Eliminate or reduce material spoilage/wastage.

Maintaining the plant sanitation and hygiene program. Implementing 5S principles on daily basis.

Ensuring the company safety program is maintained and brought to all levels.

Ensuring the Company quality standards are met.

Training and developing competent subordinate staff and identify individuals with growth potential.

Preparing maintenance budget for spare parts and labor.

Minimum Requirements:

Degree/ Diploma in Mechatronics engineering, Instrumentation and control engineering, mechanical engineering (plant option) or electrical engineering.

3+ years experience working with TBA productivity monitoring software & diagnostics software.

Experience in tetra bulk filler machines will be an added advantage.
