Job Summary:

The Scrum Master will be responsible for ensuring the software development team adheres to Agile/Scrum principles and practices. The Scrum Master will work closely with the Product Owner and Development Team to facilitate the delivery of high-quality software products, while also continuously improving the team's performance and efficiency.

Roles & Responsibilities

Facilitate the Agile/Scrum process and ensure the team adheres to Agile principles and values

Coach the Development Team and Product Owner on Agile/Scrum practices and principles

Assist the Product Owner with product backlog management and prioritization

Schedule and facilitate Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective meetings

Ensure that the Development Team delivers high-quality software products within the agreed-upon Sprint timeframe

Track and report progress to stakeholders using Agile/Scrum metrics and tools

Identify and remove impediments or obstacles that may prevent the Development Team from achieving their goals

Work with the Development Team to continuously improve their performance and efficiency

Ensure the team is continuously learning and adapting to new technologies and methodologies

Foster a culture of collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement within the team and across the organization

Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related studies

4+ years of experience working as a Scrum Master or Agile

Coach in a software development environment
