Job Purpose

The job holder will be responsible for maximizing sales through recruitment of stockists and distributors in the region assigned.

Primary Responsibilities:

Achieve Sales vs set target

Recruitment of stockists /distributors within assigned territory, based on set targets

Follow up on Stockists /distributors activity/orders and ensure replenishment.

Follow up on customer deliveries.

Work on Customer complaints and ensure seamless relationship

Daily fulfilment of individual account status, with regard to processed sales and reconciled inventory.

Job Competencies (Knowledge, Experience and Attributes / Skills).

2 years’ experience in Sales role, experience in farm input products is an added advantage.

Diploma/Degree in Agri- business, Animal health and agronomy or any other equivalent.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Excellent decision-making skills.

Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Demonstrates high levels of integrity and honesty

Attention to detail
