FICA Compliance Officer

Minimum Requirements

Grade 12

Legal Degree (LLB) and admission as an Attorney

Sound and in-depth understanding of the FICA, ML/TF control regulations and FIC guidance notes and standards within a financial sector

Good understanding of other financial sectors laws and regulations

Good understanding of different company structures

Must be fluent in Afrikaans and English Written & Verbal )
