Fortune Sacco Human Resource Manager Jobs in Kenya


The position will be based at the Head Office, Kerugoya town.

Primary responsibility:

  • Reporting to the CEO, the Human Resource Manager will provide leadership and technical support in Human Resources Management and also ensure the SACCO has competent, engaged and productive human resources.

    Key Responsibilities

  • Advice the management on likelihood in HR matters, their implications and impact on business,
  • Develop implement and continuously monitor HR strategies,
  • Continuously review the HR policy framework to reflect the business needs,
  • Regularly review HR practices with the primary goal of improving the work environment,
  • Ensure the HR policies and practices are compliant with the relevant labour laws,
  • Maintenance of HR records and the database,

    Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline and
  • Diploma in Human Resource Management
    Member of the IHRM (K) with a practicing certificate.
  • Five (5) years’ of working experience, two (2) of which should be at a similar position in a financial institution.
  • In-depth knowledge of the relevant labour laws and the ability to implement change.
  • Team player with excellent, leadership, negotiation, communication and decision making skills
  • Proficient in MS Office applications and working knowledge of HRM software
