FMCG Sales Representative Jobs In Nairobi

Responsibilities
  • Maintaining good relationship with customers.
  • Handling the complaints and other problems of wholesalers promptly and properly;
  • Submitting periodical report to manager includes sales, weekly stock shop information report, survey report of competitive products, information of distributor, etc.
  • Following up the orders supplied and managing the promoters
  • Assisting the customers to improve the products display, maintain sales records, customer database, and customer relationship and develop new wholesalers.
  • Perfecting the structure of distributors developing new potential market and new distributors.
  • Other duties arranged by manager.

    Qualification
  • Diploma in Sales and marketing or relevant is preferred;
  • Above 1 year marketing or sales experience is preferred, no experience is also accepted;
  • Fluent in English, Somali language;
  • Good communication and Customer relation
  • Age between 25-32 years old
