We are looking for a full time Supervisor who will be in charge of managing one of our working shifts ensuring that the team are available and completing their jobs as scheduled.
This Candidate will enforce all policies and procedures and process flows.
They will complete details control checks on all aspects of the back office and operations on a daily basis and be responsible for same. Reporting to Management twice a day all findings and concerns.
This candidate will be expected to improve on the procedures where necessary, document all changes and communicate to team where applicable.
This Candidate need to be able to work efficiently on their own and create their own targets.
They will be representing the company to many partners and merchants and will be responsible for making sure that all this is completed in a professional manner.
Being the third point of contact for any escalations and conducting audits
on back office operations activities and ensuring adherence to written processes and procedures.
This candidate will represent FloCash to all external partners and merchants during deployment phases.

Job Requirements
Qualification
A Bachelor’s degree in a field related to management
Plus 3 years of proven and successful experience
Verifiable leadership experience and capabilities, with past successful managerial roles
Ability to observe the big picture and thinking, prioritizing
Working knowledge of necessary industry-related tools
Expert-level experience with computer operating systems, such as Microsoft
Proven ability to generate and deliver reports that provide useful insight into project details
Great ability in self-management, communication and listening, result driven thinking and delegation.
