Our client, in the information technology industry, helps IT Companies with scaling up Engineering Capacity and they are looking to hire a Tender Officer.

Duties and Responsibilities

Tendering.

Prequalification.

Checking out on available tenders on the dailies and other platforms.

Delivering of Tender Documents.

Follow up on the delivered tenders and prequalification.

Handling quotations.

Any other duties assigned by your boss from time to time.

Education Qualification, Experience, Skills, and Traits

Bachelor’s Degree/ Diploma

Level grade C+ plain.

At least 3 years’ experience in Tendering and skills in IT products is an added advantage.

IT product knowledge.

Effective communication skills.

ICDL or any certificate in computer Packages.
