Fleet Monitoring Systems Regional Sales Manager Jobs in Uganda



Job Summary:

The Regional Sales Manager is tasked with selling products by maintaining and expanding customer base at Regional Level. The ideal candidate will manage sales at regional level by prospecting and closing sales and maintain the brand.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Create and execute regional sales plans and quotas in alignment with business objectives.

  • Report on regional sales results

  • Analyse regional market trends and discover new opportunities for growth

  • Address potential problems and suggest prompt solutions

  • Participate in decisions for expansion or acquisition

  • Suggest new services/products and innovative sales techniques to increase customer satisfaction

    Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

  • Proven work experience working in Sales at territory level.

  • Strong background selling services or solutions

  • Ability to measure and analyse key performance indicators (ROI and KPIs)

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Strong organizational skills with a problem-solving attitude

  • Minimum of a diploma in business studies.

  • Resident in the Region (Northern or Western)
