Our Client, a Shoe company based in Valley Arcade, Nairobi, is seeking to hire a Sales Supervisor. Applicants must be self-motivated with a desire to advance their Sales Careers, and should have excellent interpersonal skills, and communicate fluently in English and Kiswahili Languages.

Responsibilities

Able to meet set targets and achieve maximum sales within specified periods

Acquire and retain customers

Manage customer issues and build strong relationships

Gather and collate relevant market intelligence information

Assist customers to select products required

Make sure that brands are available and visible at the shop

Any other duties assigned

Qualifications

Diploma in Sales and Marketing or a relevant business course

At least 5 years continuous sales experience with a good track record

Individuals willing and ready to advance their sales skills

Computer Literacy is a must and skills in using a sales operating system, tracking and recording

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
