    purpose

  • Investigate security events to identify artefacts of a cyber-attack. Actively and iteratively detect, isolate and neutralize advanced threats that evade automated security solutions.

  • Track and neutralize adversaries who could either be an insider (employee) or outsider (organized crime group).

    Experience and qualifications

    Minimum Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree (NQF7) in Security/Information Technology or an equivalent qualification

    Preferred Qualification

  • CITA or CEH

    Experience

  • Minimun five years' experience in Information Security, two years experience in incident response process, including detecting advanced adversaries
