Requirements

Candidates who are interested in joining the FirstBank Graduate Trainee Programme must have the under listed competencies:

Excellent communications skills

Strong analytical skills

Strong Interpersonal and relationship management skills

Self-driven and results-oriented

Highly innovative with excellent problem-solving skills

Good team player

A maximum age of 27 years by 30 September 2024

High School Certificate Diploma

University Educational qualification (Minimum of Distinction Excellence)

Proficiency in English Language will be an added advantage
