We are a Fintech company providing innovative financial products & solutions to consumers and businesses.

We are looking to fill in the position of a Teller.

Scope:

Customer Transactions; Reconciliations; Reporting

Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers in transacting.
  • Perform due diligence on documentation and KYC checks before payment of cash to customers.
  • Prepare deposit slips for the daily banking of cash.
  • Reconciliation of cash in hand and system entries as well as daily reporting.
  • Custodian of cash on site and outlet relationship management.
  • Prepare requests for working float funding from the Accountant via the Branch Supervisor.

    Qualifications
  • Diploma in a business-related field.
  • At least one (1) years’ experience in a similar role.

    Competencies:
  • Attention to detail.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Good communicator.
