Financial Assistance

Am asking whether it is possible for me to get a sponser who is ready to give me tuition for my studies without going out of Uganda?

This because I finished my secondary school and I really did well because I got 16 points which however would enable me get a place in one of the public universities in Uganda.

But unfortunately it has not been possible for my mother to my fees. So if there is someone willing to assist me so that I can be able to acquire my needs I will really appreciate.
