Our client is a leading fibre internet solution company.
They seek to hire an agile and target- driven Field Sales Executive to market their service while offering top notch client service.
Key Responsibilities
Prospect and develop new business leads
Strategically identify sales opportunities in the field
Close sales so as to meet and exceed revenue targets
Responding to customer inquiries, complaints and objections
Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
Build a sales strategy to ensure both long- and short-term goals and objectives are met.
Determine customers’ business requirements and whether the products being considered are suitable.
Attending initial sales meetings and meeting the customers in the field
Build rapport and establish long term relationships with customers
Develop and cultivate customer relationships with both new and existing customers while achieving profit and revenue objectives
Document issues and resolutions as realized for trend analysis and lessons learned capture
Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams
Tracking sales and reporting on daily, weekly and monthly basis
Any other duties assigned by the supervisor
Skills & Qualifications
Diploma in Sales & Marketing
Proven experience of not less than 2 years as a Marketer.
Experience in online marketing
Strong communication skills
High integrity
Highly motivated and a go-getter
Experience in internet solutions would be an added advantage
Candidates above 25 years of age are encouraged to apply
