Feeding Futures Agriculture and Community Development Training Leader Jobs in Kenya

Feeding Futures is seeking applications for a Training Leader responsible for providing conservation agriculture training and co-ordinating other relevant training to parents and school communities initially in Mob sub-county.

Feeding Futures is a small charity founded in 2010 and currently working in Molo Sub-County. It has developed a sustainable development programme that has been providing 160,000 school meals per year and has given farm training to over 70 households. Increased school attendance, improved child health, improved national exam scores and hugely increased yields for our farming trainees are all impacts of our intervention programme. Parents have been empowered to take overthe school feeding programme and children's life chances have been improved by enabling secondary school fees to be paid from the profit of increased yields. One of our key values and underlying ethos is that we work with communities as PARTNERS and not as donors.
