Reporting to the Women Integrated Sexual Health (WISH) project coordinator at the Area Office of FGAE, the cluster manager is responsible to provide a closer support to public and private health facilities and FGAE owned clinics in 4 to 6 clusters/Weredas to enable them provide quality SRH services and realize set targets.

He/She provides technical mentoring and management support to health facilities within the clusters, ensures timely collection and reporting of data, carries out community mobilization activities and ensures proper working of referral systems, sustainable supply of commodities, works closely with Wereda Health Office, etc.
