Fairtrade Africa ICT Officer Jobs in Kenya

Introduction

Fairtrade Africa works with volunteers to support producer activities across Africa. From time to time we will call on volunteers to join us to support African producers and improve livelihoods. Do you speak French and have some free time? Fairtrade Africa is looking for a volunteer to help us with French translations and proofreading. Your help will ensure that all important information is available to farmers and workers in West and North Africa.

Responsibilities

Deliver all IT indication and training to new staff

Develop procedure and manual to guide staff on how to navigate through FTAs IT system and measure taken to ensure security of IT assets and organizational data.

Organize needed IT trainings
Managing FTA Request Tracker Ticket System for user support

On site user support to all staff in the Secretariat and use TeamViewer to provide Remote user support to staffs in the Regions or satellite offices

Managing FTA computer set up
Setting up new users’ accounts and profiles and dealing with password issues
