ResponsibilitiesConsistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service
Ensure all FPC members receive the highest attention prior, during and after their stays at the hotel
Assist in leading the FPC committee and ensuring all member profiles are current and accurate using the applicable computer applications
Monitor each department to ensure the FPC report is reviewed daily
Ensure all departments are well trained on their specific procedures with particular attention paid to reviewing the FPC reports and reviewing billing procedures
Liaise with all key departments, gather correct informationpreferences and ensure data is updated
Review all guest incidents and ensure proper follow up is completed with the relevant departments
Create daily and weekly reports highlighting upcoming member arrivals and in house guests
Communicate the FPC program details and updates on a regular bases at Colleague orientation and hotel general meetings
Balance operational, administrative and Colleague needs
Follow department policies, procedures and service standards
Follow all safety policies Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Previous experience in a Front Office role required
Previous Property Management System experience required
Computer literate in Microsoft Window applications required
University/College degree in a related discipline an asset
Excellent written and verbal interpersonal and communication skills
Must possess a professional presentation
Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
Highly responsible & reliable
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
Ability to work cohesively as part of a team
Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times

Responsibilities
Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service
Lead and supervise the day-to-day operation of the department to ensure service standards are followed
Handle Guest concerns and react quickly, logging and notifying the proper areas
Actively participate in daily briefing, daily warm up and department meetings
Ensure Room Attendants are informed daily about priorities in their section
Follow departmental policies and procedures
Report necessary maintenance items
Follow all safety and sanitation policies
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Proficient in English (verbal & written) essential
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Minimum 1 year experience in a supervisory capacity in a hotel Housekeeping environment
Proven training skills
Experience with Hotel Property Management System, Micros-Fidelio desirable
Proactive with a meticulous eye for detail
Strong organizational, supervisory and communication skills
Able to convey information and ideas clearly
Ability to evaluate and select among alternative courses of action quickly and accurately
Work well in stressful, high-pressure situations
Effective at listening to, understanding, and clarifying the concerns and issues raised by coworkers and Guest
Must be able to perform assigned duties with attention to detail, speed, accuracy, follow-through, courtesy, cooperativeness and work well with limited supervision

Responsibilities
Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service
Attend to customers in a professional and polite manner while up-selling merchandise
Ensure the shop is neatly maintained and stock is replenished
All cashiering duties
Provide basic sales techniques and promote “Fairmont” exclusive merchandise to customers
Partake in stock-take and month end inventories
Ensure the shop is clean at all times
Assist in greeting, check in and settle guest accounts while ensuring all service standards are followed
Assist guests regarding hotel facilities in
an informative and helpful way
Follow department policies, procedures and service standards
Follow all safety policies
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Previous experience within retail preferred
Computer literate in Microsoft Window applications and or Point of Sales System required
University/College degree in a related discipline an asset
Must be revenue driven
Must possess a professional presentation
Proficiency in English (verbal and written), second language an asset
Previous customer related experience preferred
Previous PMS experience an asset.
Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities

Process all external and internal calls either by redirecting calls or assisting the caller
Take ownership of the caller’s request and ensure follow up according to the hotel’s standards
Have a sufficient working knowledge of all departments, in particular Housekeeping, Front Office and Engineering
Maintain and monitor the “Royal Service” software system
Serve as a liaison for Guests requiring information relating to all aspects of the hotel
Handle and distribute faxes, voice messages and written messages for internal and external Guests
Have full knowledge of the hotel’s emergency procedures
Follow department policies, procedures and service standards
Follow all safety policies Other duties as assigned
Qualifications

Must possess outstanding guest services skills and sophisticated verbal communication skills
