Minimum Requirements

To lead the Financial and Administration Team in providing a totally integrated

Financial and Administration function to the Plants and Mines

Completed Degree

Experience dealing with General Manager, Plants, Mines, Head Office, Joint Venture partners, Fin & Admin staff

Cost & Financial Accounting:

• Ensure effective Cost & Financial Accounting

Financial Management:

• Achieve budgeted costs

• Manage Working Capital Cashflow

• Manage the CAPEX budget

Auditing (Internal & External):

• Reduce no of audit findings

EWRM:

• Identify and manage risks

SOP’s:

• Revise SOP’s

Projects:

• Implement Six Sigma Projects

Reporting:

• Compile Financial Reports
