Position Summary

  • The Marketing Sr. Manager builds campaigns and communication strategies in interactive media and direct marketing programs in order to increase visitors’ attendance.

  • Develops pricing strategies to maximize the company`s profit and monitors trends that help identify new offers and services.

    Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and evaluate marketing strategy, based on company`s knowledge

  • Responsible of the communication of the brand through advertising, public relations, special events, promotions and any other marketing action

  • Participate in the elaboration of the Media
  • Plan for each campaign and market characteristics and trends

    Scope

  • Prospect and administrate the advertising exchanges, established according to the corresponding contract with each supplier in terms of expenses, space, season

  • Control and optimize marketing budget

  • Develop pricing strategies for each of company`s project season

  • Increase visitors’ attendance through marketing campaigns

  • Measure the impact / cost of any promotion and advertising effort

  • Coordinate and supervise that company projects` external communications are made accordingly to the concept and corporate standards (recordings, interviews, mentions, press releases, etc.)

  • Monitor the presence of company projects and its competitors in media

  • Establish and keep relations with the different agents from whom company can attain benefits (government, private industry, non-governmental organizations, etc.)

  • Give personal attention to renowned visitors (government, media, etc.)

  • Oversee the implementation
    of the social media strategy by aligning actions to global guidelines on social networks

  • Oversee the loyalty program strategy implementation

  • Oversee social responsibility strategy and maintain constant communication with private, public organizations, NGO’s, etc.

  • Keep control of the number of free events and pro-bono tickets by year

  • Measure and evaluate the effectiveness of different strategies and communication efforts, in order to optimize the flow and projected income

    Key Project Deliverables

  • Status and relationship with communication media and agencies

  • Annual Marketing Plan

  • Detailed report of used media and interviews per year

  • Submission of Kool Ideas (Best Practices)
    Quarterly updated file with advertisement, budgets, publications (newspaper ads), media plan and photos

  • Families Attendance Budget Achievement

  • Advertising Budget Management

    Qualifications Educational Background

  • Marketing, Advertisement, Communication or similar

    Educational Degree

  • Bachelor Degree,

  • Master’s Degree Highly Desirable

  • Position’s Specific Knowledge

  • Market and Trends Knowledge

  • Marketing (preferably kids and/or entertainment)

  • Development of Media and Marketing Strategy Plans

  • Elaboration of Market, Target and Competitive Advantages Analysis

  • Digital and Social Marketing Knowledge

  • Languages Advanced level of English, additional languages highly desirable
