Purpose of the RoleTo create organizational effectiveness, by aligning and engaging people, people management systems, structure, capabilities and culture to the business strategy.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or professional qualification
Industrial Psychology preferred
MBA preferred
Experience
• Minimum of 8-10 years related experience
• Proven track record of creative solutions in defining and driving company culture.
• Executive coaching experience.
• Change Management experience
• Proven track record in delivering successful leadership programmes
Key performance areas
Manages, oversight and accountability for talent acquisition and development, learning and development, and e-learning programme specialists
Contributes to the business strategy by helping leaders to identify, prioritise and build people capabilities, behaviours and structures
Responsible for the growth and development of leaders across the organization
Acts as a change ambassador driving the business-specific change management, processes and interventions
Drives culture transformation interventions and practices that contribute to making the business an employer of choice.
Continuously assesses and refines culture
Coordinates the development of a skills/competency matrix for the business
Ensures the development of consistent and up-to-date job profiles including independent job grading
Develops an organisational design framework and principles and monitors application
Develops a clear employer brand and ensure implementation in all HR processes
