Job SummaryTo manage the banks overall global relationship and to give overall direction and supervision of the bank business development strategies
Functions & Responsibilities
Formulation and implementation of Bank’s strategy
Definition of marketing and sales strategies of Bank
Development of Banking Products and Services
Management and maintenance of existing customer relationships and development of new customer relationships
Development and management of Business
Development risk management framework
Develop a customer management framework including customer insight driven marketing
Development and implementing of efficient and effective customer service framework/ guidelines
To liaise with Asset Management and ensure a good deposit mix so as to achieve maximum yield on funds.
Perform other duties as may be assigned by the Head, African Subsidiaries.

A good first degree in any discipline.
Banking professional certification and Masters degree preferably an MBA,
Professional Membership Other professional qualification will be an added advantage
Experience
Minimum of 12 years banking experience and at least 6 years in Executive management position with responsibility in business development and marketing units, relationship management, product management, marketing and sales.
