Job Description

Minimum Requirements:

  • B.Com or National Diploma in Accounting or equalivent.

  • Minimum 5 years bookkeeping experience in the retail or fast food industry.

  • Debtors & Creditors function including invoicing, customer statements and reconciling accounts.

  • Process bank statements.

  • Process journal entries.

  • Compile monthly management of accounts.

  • VAT calculations and understand the VAT Act.

  • Pastel Partner experience essential (non-neg).

  • Knowledge of Inventory Module on Pastel Partner.

  • Solid understanding of accounting concepts.

  • Computer skills in MS Excel, MS Word, Internet, and email.
