Job Description
Requirements Bachelor’s Degree Essential
5 Years’ experience in a senior payroll postion
Must have Sage Payroll

Responsibilities
Implements, maintains, and reviews payroll processing to ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll transactions including salaries, benefits, garnishments, taxes, and other deductions
Ensures accurate and timely processing of payroll updates including new hires, terminations, and changes in the renumeration package in SAGE
Prepares and maintains accurate records and reports of payroll transactions
Identifies and recommends updates to payroll procedures and drive automation/standardization
Recruits, interviews, hires, and trains new staff in the department
Distribution of monthly Payroll Process Reporting Timetable to all country finance managers in the region
Obtaining payroll approvals from each country finance manager before processing payroll
Update all headcount and FTE changes in SAGE payroll system
Oversees the daily workflow of the department to supervise
Provides constructive and timely performance evaluations
Ensures General Ledger Interface from SAGE to Accounting and Controlling after payroll is processed
Responsible for booking of leave, end of service, and bonus provisions in the general ledger and reconciliation of all salary and bonus related general ledger accounts
Register all new employees in ESS and responsible for management of leave days
Preparation of End of Service Agreements when requested
Maintains payroll guidelines by writing and updating policies and procedures
Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications
Provide advice and education to employees in relation to pay issues, award changes, new policies etc.
Resolving payroll inquiries in a professional manner
Maintains relationship with SAGE service of excellence professionally
Collaborate with Regional/Local Human Resources (HR), Knowledge Centre and local finance and accounting teams
Prepare reports for upper regional/country management, finance department etc. when requested
Ensure compliance with corporate ICS guidelines
