Job Description

  • My client, who aspires to be the leading brand within its industry and is proudly listed on the JSE, is searching for a qualified Chartered Accountant to join their exceptional team as the Financial Manager.

  • The successful individual should be technically strong minded and have a passion for finance as well as be responsible for but not limited to consolidating statements, preparing budget reports, liaising with external auditors and supervising junior accounting staff.

    Duties:

  • Full finance function.

  • Budgets & Forecasts

  • Vat & Tax submissions

  • Implement accounting systems and processes.

  • Provide ongoing accounting and reporting support.

  • Cashflow management.

  • Oversee debtors and creditors.

  • Analyse and evaluate financial information.

    Qualifications and Experience:

  • Qualified CA(SA)

  • 3 – 6 years post articles experience

  • Should have an eye for details

  • Should be able to work under stressful conditions.

    Skills:

  • Advanced excel knowledge
