Our Guest Experience Executives above welcoming and managing events collect feedback on our custom app and relay it as analytical reports.

General Overview of Duties and Responsibilities

  • We are seeking a qualified applicant to join our professional events team.
  • The successful candidate should have a strong social media presence and excellent organizational skills.

    Duties and Responsibilities
  • Respond to client queries during events and give them timely feedback
  • Manage service disruption by notifying team members and taking corrective action as directed
    Manage event social media accounts (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn & Instagram) and create content that promotes interaction with the audience
    Brainstorm on new ideas and prepare reports on event campaigns based on analytics
  • Use scheduled content to create a consistent stream of new content for audience and alter schedules where necessary to optimize visits on event social media accounts
  • Liaise with manager on event supplies, hotel site visits
  • Manage and delegate responsibilities to event executives
  • Take notes during meetings and conduct research as required by your manager
  • Carry out any additional tasks as assigned

    Qualifications and Requirements
  • A Minimum of 1-2 years working experience in a similar environment
  • 20-25 years of Age
  • Exceptional communication skills and great organizational skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Exceptional ability to multitask.
  • Strong social media presence
  • A positive attitude, enthusiastic personality
  • A team player
