Background

Ethiopian Public Health Institute (EPHI) is the pioneer national institute with a full mandate to manage, build research capacity, and promote and strengthen public health research activities in the country.

The institute has a lion’s share in the generation of nationwide comprehensive health related data and synthesis of evidences that public health related decision-makings rely on.

EPHI would like to announce vacancy for interested individuals to the following posts.

Qualified candidate will be hired as a permanent staff working for government of Ethiopia.

The intended candidates should have the following qualifications and experiences:

Job Requirements

BSC in health science and having 02+ years demonstrated experiences working as a clinician

Experience in the area of HIV and other chronic disease

Involve in data collection of researches

Organize and facilitate trainings for data collection

Support senior researchers in facilitating logistics required for surveys

Maintain and monitor the data collection process and adjust the system to operational activities’ needs with continued support

Develop survey implementation SOPs

Monitor implementation of the Surveys according to the plan

Develop specific survey work plan and implement

Assist HIV team leader in monitoring the execution of survey and surveillance activities
