Main Roles and Responsibilities

  • The Office Manager, accountable to the General Manager, performs the function of office and secretarial activities in the association’s Office;

  • keeps records and maintains files;

  • takes minutes of meetings;

  • receives messages, schedules appointments to visitors who want to see the Board President, General Manager;

  • transmits messages to concerned work units from the General Manager.

  • Executing all secretarial tasks and managing the office of the assigned work unit including activities of assisting the general Manager with administrative and clerical details;

  • taking minutes of meetings when required and keeping proper filing and record keeping system in place to manage incoming and outgoing letters and files.

  • Collects membership fee, schedule office meetings and performs the duties of the cashier accordingly.

    Job Requirements

    Qualifications & Skills

  • Minimum Diploma in Accounting or Information Technology and related fields with at least 3 years of work experience as office manager or secretary or Admin;

  • Minimum BA degree in Accounting or Computer Science and related fields with at least 1 year of work experience as office manager or secretary;

  • Has Sound integrity and ethics;
