1. Position:- Associate, Trading Operation

Job Grade: - 6

Duty Station: - AddisAbaba – Head Office

Availability: - As Soon As Possible

Job Purpose: - The purpose of the job is to validate and confirm eligibility of Members and Floor Representatives to trade; register and maintain attendance record and provide the right token for specific session by randomly assigning workstations and to handle tokens and manage order tickets by carrying out reconciliation.

Summary of Major Duties and Responsibilities

Validates and confirms traders eligibility and accurate trader’s attendance record and randomly assign work

stations to Floor Reps provide token to traders based on their session;

Arranges tokens based on the session schedule and collect and reconcile token with session attendance at the end of each session;

Handles traders ‘quires and concerns ;

Initiates request and monitor readiness of tokens for new commodities and replacement of damaged or worn-outs;

Prepares periodic performance report;

Receives regulatory bodies and other guests and respond their quires;

Manages order tickets request, maintain of sufficient stock, issuance and preparation of movement report;

Prepares annual individual cascaded plan;

Performs other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor.

Job Requirements

BA/BSC in Business Management, Banking and Finance, Accounting, Marketing, Agribusiness, and other related fields.

2 years of relevant experience in Banking Operation, Import & Export, trade operation, accounting, marketing or related.
